Count Me was fashioned from a multitude of miniature square sculptures, each of which was handcrafted by Sally and bared a unique abstract symbol inspired by the world's alphabets both ancient and modern. The installation became a dazzling blanket of colour, charted with folkloric energy and tradition speaking to the viewer in an indecipherable and mysterious yet joyful script.
